How much is shipping and how long will it take?
Shipping is free across the EU with delivery times of 3 to 7 business days in Estonia and 3 to 12 business days in the EU. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

What payment methods are available?
You can securely pay using the following payment methods:
Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Estonian Banklinks, and BNPL solutions by Inbank.
Order Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the items are unused beyond what is necessary to inspect them, as allowed in a physical store. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities. If the items show signs of use or wear, the refund may be reduced. To initiate a return, write to info@kugookukirin.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your scooter arrives with visible damage, take photos immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
